**Event Date:** February 17th, 2024
**Start Time:** 9:00am
**Arrival Time:** Please arrive at the starting location 15 minutes prior to the start time to check in and receive handouts.
Registered teams that arrive after 9:00am will not be permitted to participate.

**Rules and Guidelines**

1: BTG Suggests teams of 2 participants (winning prize is designated for a team of two. If a team has more than 2 participants, it will be up to the team to figure out who wins the prizes).

2: All traffic laws must be followed. You will not at any time be asked to go off-road or trespass. All hunting will only be conducted on publicly accessible roads and locations.

3: Each team will be required to provide a team tactical callsign which will be used during the event. All teams will need to use their tactical callsign for all on air operations during the event.

4: Each team will be given one lifeline (use it wisely) to be used during the event. Teams will need to call the BTG phone number (516)-418-7483. When calling you will need to provide your tactical call, your current location, and the clue you are inquiring about.

5: Every location will have a radio operator standing by to give you your next clue. This operator will be monitoring 462.625mhz (GMRS4) simplex with no PL to let you know if you’re close, maybe tease you a little. If you feel you’re close to your destination, feel free to call out (via 462.625 simplex) to the location number you’re trying to find using your tactical callsign, if they can hear you, they will answer, if they don’t, you’re not close enough.

6: Teams are NOT to share information with other teams about any of the destinations. Doing so will result in automatic disqualification from the event.

7: Teams will need to register by 9pm February 14th, 2024. To register please email info@BTGCommunications.club.
In the body of the email please include the following information:

* Team Tactical callsign
* Team members (Names and GMRS callsigns)
